A/B Testing and UX Enhancements for Dispatch System
At NAPA, I played a key role in leading the UX strategy and A/B testing efforts for a groundbreaking dispatch system integrated with ride-share apps like Lyft, Uber, and Postmates. I was responsible for designing intuitive interfaces that improved the operational efficiency of dispatchers while enhancing the user experience for customers. Through a rigorous A/B testing process, I not only validated the design changes but also identified key pain points and opportunities for further refinement. This approach led to actionable design recommendations that optimized the user flow and minimized friction, ultimately driving better service delivery and customer satisfaction.

User-Centered Design Process
As a UX expert, I applied a user-centered design approach, working closely with multiple teams to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions. I conducted user research, including usability testing and stakeholder interviews, to ensure that every aspect of the dispatch system was optimized for end-user success. This iterative process helped ensure that the system met the needs of diverse user groups, from ride-share drivers to NAPA’s internal teams, fostering a more efficient and user-friendly solution.

Impact and Scalability

Though I left NAPA five years ago, the dispatch system I contributed to remains in operation, having successfully scaled to meet the demands of multiple cities. The system continues to enhance NAPA’s logistics by integrating seamlessly with third-party platforms like ride-sharing apps, improving operational efficiency and driving a better customer experience in real-time. This ongoing success underscores the long-term impact of the design solutions I implemented, which continue to deliver value to the business.
