About Mitch
I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of design, technology, and business — turning complex systems into experiences people actually want to use.
I'm a UX leader with deep experience across enterprise systems, e-commerce, logistics, and B2B platforms. My career has taken me from freelance design work with brands like Zebra Technologies, Motorola, and Fandango, through senior roles at ADP, Verizon, and Genuine Parts Company, to my current work leading UX design at Fortna — where I've helped reshape how warehouse operators interact with some of the most complex execution systems in the industry."
"I lead with strategy but stay close to the craft. I believe the best design leaders never lose touch with the work itself — because the gap between vision and execution is where most experiences fall apart. Whether I'm aligning stakeholders on a product roadmap, running a research sprint, or reviewing a design system component, I bring the same rigor and intentionality to every layer."
"Outside the work, I'm driven by curiosity — about people, systems, and the invisible friction that makes or breaks a digital experience. That curiosity is what gets me to the right answer faster, and what keeps me sharp in domains I'm encountering for the first time.
