What does your design process look like?
I follow a Discover → Define & Design → Deliver & Measure framework. Every project starts with deep research and stakeholder alignment, moves through iterative design and validation, and ends with measurable outcomes — not just shipped screens.
What size teams have you led?
I've led teams ranging from small embedded UX pairs to cross-functional groups of 30+, including designers, researchers, and QA. I'm equally comfortable building a practice from scratch or scaling an existing one.
Are you open to remote, hybrid, or on-site roles?
I'm based in the Atlanta area and open to remote and hybrid opportunities. I've collaborated effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones throughout my career.
