Vantage System Re-skin (NDA)
My primary role at ADP involved leading the re-skin of the Vantage system, a complex redesign that focused on enhancing the user experience for ADP’s extensive client base. Due to a non-disclosure agreement, I’m unable to publicly showcase these designs but can provide further details upon request. This project had a significant impact on simplifying workflows and improving overall system usability.
HF Prototype: User-Centric Design Redesign
I played a key role in the rebranding and re-designing of ADP’s HF system, where the original engineer-driven user flow was replaced with a more intuitive, user-centered dashboard. By addressing critical usability issues, I streamlined the process, reducing cognitive load and improving the overall efficiency of the system.
Desktop Dashboard Design
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, we designed a dynamic dashboard that simplified the user experience by enabling all tasks to be accessed from a central hub, replacing the outdated step-by-step navigation. This was a key step in modernizing ADP’s interface and aligning it with contemporary design standards.
Responsive Design Dashboard
As part of the Vantage system re-design, I led the transition from outdated technologies, such as support for IE6, to a responsive design that worked across modern browsers and mobile devices. This was a pivotal project in ensuring ADP’s platform was future-proof and aligned with current user expectations.
